Australia and Israel are investing in joint projects to facilitate technological advance in medical assistance for the disabled.
Australian leaders and disability organizations expressed interest in assistive technology innovation coming out of Israel following adoption of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, an Australian Government program to support people with disabilities and their families. Guy Spigelman, CEO of PresenTense in Israel, was in charge of organising the meetings between the innovators (among them Paratrek, Sesame-Enable, NiniSpeech and Yooocan) and the financial investors from Down Under.
